簡老師的畫在電腦屏幕上看來真是好看極了！感謝分享！畫家教學示範時，製造些輕鬆的氣氛也是個人風格。但是（美中不足）講話和歌唱音樂相雜不斷，真叫人受到許多干擾。希望以後可以較專心的欣賞和聆聽老師的解析，多謝❤！

Chien is amazing, quality of a great master is sharing technique for larger inspiration and understanding. Thank you.

With the respect to the medium and its history, Chien is doing a very easy job here. Which is impressive to the beginners. But such simple and nearly abstract landscapes saturated with colour, literally paint themselves in watercolour, especially on such a small paper size. Real skill of a real master of watercolour medium is shown in larger work (full imperial sheet size) when the medium is nearly impossible to control, and in far more complex subjects. Chien could do that too, well I believe so .. but he often paints small scale work, so it's hard to say.

If you slow the video down in a certain spot (and I've done this on other videos of his and found the same thing) you can read the handle: "4 Chirst Art." Stephen Berry, who attended his workshop, wrote on his personal blog that these brushes were purchased in bulk at about $1 per brush; cheap enough to abuse and throw away. I've searched for them and have found the brand on a few Taiwan websites, but have never found the green ones. (The workshop sponsor's email to me said, "any cheap hard brush from a pound shop will do the job. Small and hard I’d say, and flat.") While I appreciated the email, the bristles don't look hard in the videos, but they aren't without any flex either. Flat? They look round to me! But at that small size how much would it matter?
