Guacamole Server: Install Library and Depedencies [Part 2]

In order to build guacamole-server, you will need Cairo, libpng, and the OSSP UUID library. These libraries are strictly required in all cases - Guacamole cannot be built without them.
apt-get install libcairo2-dev libpng12-dev libossp-uuid-dev
Optional Depedencies:
apt-get install libfreerdp-dev libpango1.0-dev libssh2-1-dev libtelnet-dev libvncserver-dev libpulse-dev libssl-dev libvorbis-dev
