Units from Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps programs at public and private schools gathered in formation at Okkodo High School for the first Islandwide JROTC Drill Meet since 2011. The event let these hardworking cadets from Tiyan, Father Duenas, JFK, Okkodo and Southern showcase their skills in unarmed, armed and color guard competitions, with both regulation and exhibition routines.
Active duty soldiers, sailor and Marines served as judges and evaluators, holding these young leaders to the same standards for drills and ceremonies that they follow as professional servicemen.
Thank you everyone for your service, congrats on an outstanding show, and great job by all the cadets!
