Born in 74 lived on guam from 79-82....i remember alot for being so young when i lived there. Dad was in the navy so we lived in housing...went to finegayan elementary school....

I live in Southern Guam, it's beautiful and the people are nice. It's not just United States citizens, Guam is actually mostly made up of Native-U.S. Americans or some Japanese Natives. Actually, lots of people don't even speak English here in Guam, lots speak Guamiia (Native language) or Japanese. Anyways nice talking to everyone :)

i think it depends on the route that you take.. from cali to guam it's about 17 hours... my brother in south carolina flew about 20 hours with stop overs and such... so i guess either way you look at it, you're on the place for a day.

i have lived o guam for 12 years its hot and i was born and raised there and i am a chammoro and i loved everything there it was perfect i didnt care for anything but my friends and family didnt care for a tsunami to hit love my friends and ill always miss them and the chammoros!but what i also love is guam it may be a hot and cold but i love guam either way.

Guam had GREAT food and a lot of beautiful places on the island to go to and see. The public school system was atrocious though, and although there were a few really nice people out there, there were a lot of anti-white hateful racist brown people just as well that I would have rather not met. :-/ Took a lot of the enjoyment out of the finer things that the other people and the island had to offer. The sunsets and sunrises were absolutely amazing. Haven't seen any like those since.

nice video... except where are the con-ex boxes people are using for homes, the cars abandoned on the side of the road, the fact the Governor was in Cali and couldn't afford his plane ride back to guam, the low education standards, payless paydays.... Guam sucks.
