Guangri Traction Service Elevator - Four Points Makassar (Zone A) [Retake]

This is happening while riding, the hall operating panel button on the main level is not lit and the buttons are still working as well, while on the inside elevator car, it seems the card reader is not working and all floors are unlocked due to this. Finally, I'm luckily able to ride them because I'm carrying the stuff to the room when I'm staying, but the passenger elevators are quite busy at the time.
