Guanwu Salamander Eco. Center, Yulun Trail overlooking the Xue-ba Holy Ridge

The Yulun Trail is located at the back mountain of the Guanwu Salamander Eco. Center in the Guanwu National Forest Recreation Area, with a total length of 846 meters. There are three viewing platforms along the trail, where you can overlook the famous Xue-ba Holy Ridge. Salamander is a living fossil from the earth that originated 300 million years ago. Taiwan is the southernmost limit of the distribution of salamander in the world, and Guanwu salamander is the lowest altitude distribution of salamander in Taiwan.

看來 歲月真的不饒人 年輕時在這步道發生過火災 整遍的植物都燒光 後來發現幾株冰河遺絕樹種小樹苗 那時候才做步道 沒想到現在已是樹蔭遮蔽了
