So the buddhists have also lifted techniques from Sanatana dharma! Shiv ji should copyright these works. Because the asuras are always looking to steal and then make claim as their own!

Yoga is a way of life. Sure there must be benefits. I do it because it makes complete sense tome. Pranayam helps balance many things. this is an extension of it. App karte raho. Agar fayada nahi toh koi nuksaan bhi toh nahi hai na. you will learn discipline Like he said one represents the moon and one the sun. Both have different purposes. Read up on it @arr96

I am sure fayada hota hoga. Socha nahi. I do it because it makes complete sense. If one nadi is the moon and one represents the sun, then both have distinct roles to play so matching your activity with the flow will surely benefit. Haan ek fayada zaroor hai. I dont fall sick, never catch a cold, hardly ever get headaches. And dont feel tired at all. BTW I wake up at 3 am everyday and don't sleep during the day. It’s called Conscious Breath. I do this sometimes and when the breath goes down in the stomach it feels what we have been missing. Very healing technique.
