She's not that good. Arena/TDM only, and in those modes she is not even meta. Build something else. If you're thinking about a tank to build, then Craig is undisputably the best one to invest in, but he's not great in arena. However you shouldn't build heroes only for arena as it is easy enough to get a decent rank without meta heroes.

What the point of using Vinette`s drone without chain? mk`s exw doesn`t have a heal stat to give her shield/heal

The first 2 uses of the drone will increase her chain damage by 50% each, and the drone can still cleanse negative effects such as defense/atk down.
