Claude, ATK Debuff and high dps. Lilith/Lupina, strong Melee Burst and Lupina can self-heal with her passive that triggers injury damage. Karina is optional, she kinda lacks of dps, but still manageable because of her dps-healing.

Eunha, that's literally it. Miya is a substitute but she lacks dps. Eunha is better due to ATK debuff and more ws ticks than miya.

Edited in, the original boss theme in Trial 4 is just Clara's Boss Theme in Area 4.
