I'm kinda disagree with Elphaba's Smile shield. As someone who use it personally, my main purpose is its additional WSRS and Skill Dmg that has highest amount among the shields for my FP as lead for colo, pvp and some contents. I won't say it's bad / useless. It just has its niche purpose. anyway, good video

For future its best to use Mileage point for weapons, characters are easier to get than the weapons in banners.

Aegis should technically be in S... If you think it's hard to farm or whatever, that doesn't affect its usefulness. You should make another tier list under farmability.

Mirror accesories help a lot on PvP in weapon skill versus. Example: Erina vs Commander. If Erina has the mirror shield and accesory she can chain at the same time than Commander. Both of them will get chained at the same time. As Erina's passive let her recover faster of ailments she will get up and still have time to use her chain skill.

The second next banner will be 2x expedition rewards, so if you don't have miss chrome you might want to pull for Claude. If you are uninterested in expedition or a low level player then you might want to pull for plague doctor since that dude will be used a lot in colosseum I assume. Colosseum will be your main source of gems so you want to invest in characters that will perform greatly in colosseum.
