You should try Searing Break Goshawk, Harviik very good card helps you redraw when you use a discard effect of blaster dark

question. merron is a RP unit right? and this deck is a SP? isn't that illegal to put different clans in the same deck?

In the Standard format as long as units are from the same Nation then they can be played in the same deck. In this case it's Keter Sanctuary.

Have you ever considered Cerrgaon?

Cerrgaon wasn't released in English at the time of making the deck or video, it's a definately a good card but we would always have to make sure that we have more rearguards than the opponent since the deck isn't playing Orders and it doesn't really build a decently optimised field that well so I can't see Cerrgaon working out. Worth testing out though.

Why dont just put pbd in ride deck the u won't have the vanilla issue

PBO is better, it can create a 4th attack on turn 3 and can gain a crit for free by putting Dragon into soul through Nemain or Drilling Angel.

True, but like you mentioned you then create a new problem of missing out on the turn 4 Persona Ride with PBO which does not feel like a worth while trade off. Eventhough PBD has a vanilla problem, it's still better overall to main deck it over putting it in the Ride Deck.
