FOR ANYONE WONDERING WHAT TO GET HERE FOR PLATINUM: Only grab collectible 1, 2, 10, 11 and 12 - you will still get platinum in one run. I wasn't sure either and didn't find a comment that'd explain on what exactly you need to grab, so here you go! GL guardians!

You should also get 5 because it’s one of Gamora’s guardian collectibles even if you technically don’t need it for the trophy. No matter how many units you’ve earned as long as it’s the only thing you buy you’ll still have enough to pay the fine.

Helpful tips: IMPORTANT: it depends on what choice you made earlier on, whether you hid the llama or the tech. Hiding the llama ends up with a 7000 fine whereas hiding the tech ends up with a 8000 fine. I mentioned later down how you can use the brain mini game to get 1000 more to balance out if you have a 8000 fine. If you hide none of them you get a 9000 fine, in which case you will have to be more careful. For Chapter 6, you can get the Emporium ticket for free instead of 5000 units. For that you have to go IMMEDIATELY AFTER meeting Mantis into Mantlo's bar. DO NOT GO FORWARD otherwise you will split up with Drax and the cutscene won't happen. You'll meet Rocket and Groot there then a guy named Lipless where you have to sing lyrics of song. Just choose all storm related options and you'll get it free. First one is "Like a hurricane" and the other is "Through the rain". You can use the brain mini game to get 1000 credits, but only play ONCE cuz after that you'll start losing money. From my experience and to my knowledge it's always the middle but I'd recommend you keep an eye out for it and look through some other sources just to be sure though. You can get the doll for Gamora, the lottery ticket and the Nova lock disabler with enough money to pay the fine too. DO NOT interact with the kids cuz they'll steal 950 off you, also don't waste money on drinks in the bar or at the food shop. DO NOT go for the ball machine game either because you'll lose money it. You can get the emporium ticket for free as long as you go to the bar first it should auto a cut scene of some alien guy who claims to recognize you and is about to shoot you. Just answer the dialogue questions correctly (it’s song lyrics, and it’s super easy to know which lyrics to choose for a song about storm-riders just pick the answers that pertain to storms) and he’ll give you a ticket.

Groot and Rocket both give you 12k credits, it doesn’t matter. That’s enough to buy the lottery ticket, the doll, and one of the toys and still have enough for your fine. If you his the llama and play the brain game once, you can buy the disabler as well but the lottery ticket is the only thing you need for the trophy, for some reason.

It's pretty late but in your first playthrough I'd suggest only buying the doll because it counts towards the managerial skills achievement (find all of the guardian collectibles for one guardian) then buying the other stuff once you beat the game

I haven’t seen it mentioned yet, but if you go the sell groot route, that leaves you with 12 thousand units to spend but also in this chapter there’s a mini game you can play where you can get extra units, which leaves you plenty to spend on everything (unfortunately not the fine though).

Right so these comments sort of make sense. Here's how I did it: I've bought everything. Finished chapter 6 by beating the bosses, woke up in a cage with the text Chapter 7 on screen. I then quit to main menu, chapter select, selected chapter 6 and loaded it up. It loaded it with all these collectibles and my money back.

I still have 7,500 coins left to pay in Chapter 9. And don't forget to go to the museum with the ticket you get from your friend at the bar. You can get a lot of archives there for a trophy.

I absolutely HATE how this game autosaves at the most inconvenient times, forcing you to get stuck in irreversible scenarios. I accidentally went too and initiated the cut scene that makes Drax leave and I can't restart the level and get the free emporium ticket. Absolutely hair ripping frustration.

Be careful if anyone is skipping the purchasable ones. You dont walk by anything recognizable in the video if you do.

Guys make a backup save if you end up over spending in this chapter. And you can still buy everything you need for the trophy 🏆 and still pay the Nova Corps. Just make sure you salvage the friendship with lipless and he will give you the Emporium ticket for free. You then have enough to buy everything else plus pay the Nova Corps. 👍

It's better to play the "Ball in the Middle Cup" game for 25 units and win 1000, so u can buy the ticket and gamora a doll too and still have 10k. Also you can get a free Emporium Ticket from Lipless at the bar, so no need to spend 5000 units on it.

You can calculate the value of every buying thing to know what u can buy while still having money to pay the fine. U probably knew this already, but anyways, hope I could help

I got fined by nova 9000. I sold Groot I let Drax do the negotiations with lady (forgot her name) since she was flirting with him and i got 12000 for selling Groot... You can get fined more then 7000-8000 so be sure to listen how much you get fined at the start.

Just a heads up that this game on PS5 regularly doesn't register archives as being collected. The only way to get this to work for me has been to specifically open each archive and wait for a got 20second before closing and confirming its been recorded. The collectible system in this game is utter trash...

You don't need to get all the collectibles during this chapter. Try to get a few, I left out 3 or 4 and still got the trophy. So long as you get the remaining collectibles from the other chapters, you'll be fine
