yeah it's really depending on the type of movie, I once went to see The Conjuring and almost everyone in the theater started screaming and yelling when the jumpscares popped up, which made the movie more fun and thrilling in my opinion

I remember watching this movie with my uncle in 2014 I was 11 at the time. I thought my parents would yell at me since it had foul language that Peter Quill said. One of the best MCU theater movies

I feel you, man, around here, only way a movie theater is gonna be filled is on the opening weekend or if it's a kid movie like Zootopia. I went to see Star Wars episode 7 a week after its release and there were under 20 people in the audience... I wanted to cheer and laugh but everyone else was silent so I kept my mouth shut x)
