Only woman rights? Shame on you for putting this movement in such narrown prespective. What about men and children being shot at in the protests? What about those dying trying to defend women your talking about? This is a movement is about humanity, its about freedom and fighting back oppression not only woman rights. Perhaps this time the news spread in international media fast because of that lady. But Iranian have been fighting this regime for decades.. both men & women
@samtube30232 жыл бұрын
@Kian - No mate it's not. Iranian and other nations have been struggling for decades to remove dictatorship regimes. Yes the trigger was about that poor lady dying trying to be free but it's the oppression accumulated for years that drove people to unify and act. Just remember what happened 2-3 years back and before, and before

Baraye means “for” in Persian/Dari. The lyrics range from women’s rights, freedom for all, environment, plight of Afghan children/refugees or any topic you want it to be. It has however become an anthem for Women’s rights in Iran and around the globe ❤ and to commemorate the brave young woman who lost her life 😢

Iran seems like a country with such beautiful people and with massive potential. I prey that one day these people will be free and the country can flourish. For now, only tears and sadness. So many being charged with protesting the brutal death of Masha Amini. Brutality on top of brutality. How can a nation treat their women so?
