From what I can see of the blue dress, the fading is on the shoulders and one sleeve. Just looks like sun fading. It was hung somewhere for a looonnnnggg time and never moved.

"Viscose" is just another name for "rayon". I like to pronounce it the Italian way, cuz I heard it first from an Italian, "vis-co-sa". Italy is the center of manufacturing in Europe so they use the original British name. The US uses "Rayon". Made from cellulose fiber obtained from fast growing trees. Currently, bamboo is being used because of its abundance and fast growth. So its considered a partially natural fiber, because its made from wood, but is intensely processed

I am shocked they would send you stained clothing. If it's not stained, I'm appalled they would send you clothing that needs to be laundered. If I take clothing right out of my closet that's going to Goodwill, I wash it first. I've never seen an unboxing of random used items and I thank you for teaching me to NEVER do it; that being said, I don't see why you can't have a professional repair the shades.

With these boxes, they are considered DIY, so you know going in that items may need cleaning or repair. I take joy in rehabbing items for resale and giving them a second life. It's definitely not for everyone though!

They're staining whatever this might be part of the dress.Because it goes from one end of the sleeve all the way to the other end of the sleeve so it's like continuing in an arc
