Umm no, I like this collection but the stage is so badly lit combining with the smoke, you can hardly see anything. The original video with less editing which Gucci removed is the proof of that. Probably one of the worse stage / lighting in the history of Gucci shows, but this video with brightness turned up save it for me.

Speaking about show , for example location, set, music, light , i agree McQueen and Dior by Galliano were great but Versace. Azzedine Alaia? There were always the clothes on the runway. Especially Alaia's shows, do you remember for example his his last show?

The fact that every model has been styled differently makes this show even more beautiful! (although Gucci has been doing it in every show) I'm glad they've ditched the "let's make the models look all the same". It shows a bit more of reality by giving the models individuality

I dont understand all the negative comments on allesandros designs his whole purpose at Gucci he said is to change everything refrencing from the past combining with future & current times - everyone will herald his time once it has past- gaudy & retrospective at times but a rich & detailed, unique collection its interesting & it appears to be having its impact across the world & in sales - everyone appears to be taking notice also. Love the 80s-ish 70s style. Also, I find brilliant how Alessandro integrated the death, mourning reference accessories in the outfits, too. I personally think this was one of the greatest Gucci shows, along with Fall Winter 2018, Cruise 2017, Spring Summer 2017 and Fall Winter 2017, too (almost every show, lol) .I love Alessandro! I hope the next seasons will be great like this, too.

An interesting fashionshow, blouse made of sequins and blouse with flowers, the combination of pink pants with black dress in a pattern, some clothes arranged in the african and hindi style and the strawberry coat but I would prefer it without a bow- this is what paid my attention.

Since the 90s they had Tom Ford, Gucci was already back on top of their games. Now with Alessandro, it pushes it to a new height. There are just so much to offer, be that clothes, accessories and their killer bags....it's dazzling and one has to rewatch it a few times to soak it all in. It's no wonder Gucci is one of the top 5 brands in the world.
