I really appreciate you doing the leg work for us. It's wonderful to get a detailed evaluation before going to the expense of trying new fragrances. I'm a big fan of making well (read: obsessively) researched purchases. I feel like you should certainly return any fragrance you don't feel you will absolutely crave to wear. In your shoes, I'd likely return both. The men's for being lackluster and the women's for being unoriginal and very similar to something you already own. That money could be spent on something you find later which really blows your hair back...so to speak. Thanks for the review.

I love the woman’s version! I received a sample of it with my order, and I love the tropical vibes it gives off. Also seems to last quite a while with only one spray.

I own a bottle of Gucci Guilty Intense pour femme and I totally agree with you about the reminescence of Angel Mugler... I guess the contrast between the juicy notes and Patchouli delivers that idea. I think this version is really powerful and doesn't have to be oversprayed!

I tested both fragrances at my local Ulta a few days ago. The Pour Homme Parfum was disappointing, it was hard to smell off the paper strip after15 minutes. The Intense Pour Femme had a stronger performance and it smells better IMO. I had high hopes because I’ve been wanting to buy the EDP version, but it’s not worth it. I’m going to give up on Gucci until they come up with a solid release.

Gucci intense oud is the best Gucci fragrance. Smells incredible and performance is great as well

I had the Gucci Guilty eau de parfum pour femme (the 2019 version) and it was my husband's favorite. Today I tried this version and fell in love with it, it's my next buy ❤️

Wow , from the looks of all these comments I am the only one who really liked the test I had of gucci guilty parfum. I tested it it on my arms and neck from the tester at the store and I found it stunning. I got 8 hours easy on my skin. Im going to pick this one up and use it very similarly to how I use YSL - Y EDP. This will be very easy to wear and a big compliment puller. I think a lot of people will change their mind on this one.

I have the older version of intense and just bought the new one and its so much sweeter than the old version. I do enjoy it but I really wish they had kept the old version, it has a freshness to it. I’m on my third bottle and now looking to ebay to buy so I don’t actually run out. It truly is my favorite ❤️

Appreciate the impressions Sebastian. Not so much a fan of the line myself, but I can certainly get down with the women's Absolute. Really would be nice if they came out with another stand alone fragrance. Perhaps a riff on Pour Homme II. I'm sure people could use something similarly relaxing these days.
