Hi...I do find some wear and tear on the sides of the flap where the chain touches it and I haven't used the bag much...is it common with this bag?

hello! I don't use this bag as often either (mainly due to the size) but in the time that I've owned it (now coming on almost 6 years) I don't have that issue! I've used it mainly on nights out to the club as well for reference. maybe take it to gucci see if there is something they can do from a repair perspective?

no I don't think so :( I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and its too big. I used to have the iPhone 11 Pro and that fit in the bag
