Welp, this has convinced me to make sure I apply sunscreen to my hands everyday. I always forget but those treatments on the hands looked painful.

I tried different lasers to get rid of the pigment spots. They only worked temporarily and the spots never really went away.. 😢 I am now convinced that prevention is the best and least expensive option.

Gucci you don’t need all that. You have beautiful skin. Sunscreen everyday and wear a wide brim hat if you’re out in the sun. I reapply 3x a day regardless of the weather. I haven’t had sun on my face for the last 3 years and the result is amazing.

This is a question I have for you and Gwyneth, aka my tan queens, as a very fair but can turn dark/loves to lay out 33-year-old: If you could go back in time, would you just enjoy life like you did, or would you have been diligent about sunscreen? The joy of a tan...and the legit mental wellbeing aspect of it...and the knowledge I should be better about sun protection are in a constant battle in my brain.

I would say look at Goldie Hawn as an example of a woman who enjoyed the sun and enjoyed her life. She is secure in herself enough to enjoy her life. And she is surrounded by people who all love her very much. To me that is really living life to its fullest.
