HI GUDSEN, THIS A GOOD TUTORIAL. IVE A COMPLAINT. why when i send an e mail to support@gudsen they do not reply. Ive asked them why the sony camera cable, i bought with the moza air bundle, doesnt fit my sony a7r11. My camera connecter is exactly the same as on the moza air. Also what is crazy mode?? It does nothing on my gimbal. Also nothing happens in the exception mode. But most important why dont support reply to my mails, ive asked these questions 4 weeks ago and im still waiting

Hello, I am not sure if the comments are still being monitored here by Gudsen..but I just updated the firmware on an Aircross and after doing so the gimbal does not turn on. It only turns on in boot mode. When I connect it to the app, either on phone or computer, it automatically goes into update mode again. Once it finishes and I turn off the gimbal, it does not turn on again..only in boot mode. Do you have any advice to fix this issue. Thank you for your help.

@@GudsenMOZA hello, I have already done this and the reply was very poor, so I thought to contact you here. I sent a very detailed message and video and was told to update the firmware- which is the exact problem I am having. Every time I update the firmware the gimbal doesn’t turn on afterwards unless I turn it on in boot mode. Then it updates the firmware and tells me to restart.. but it doesn’t restart unless it is in boot mode. The cycle continues in a circle. This is very frustrating as I have work to do but this gimbal is useless. This was not a problem before I tried to update the firmware. Is there a way to somehow reset the gimbal to the original state?
