Hey Hunter! I just wanted to first thank you for giving this amazing fragrance some love! IT IS BEAUTIFUL!! I'd also like to recommend the EDT. It's also REALLY nice and a bit more versatile. It's also more inexpensive, readily available and is NOT a redundant purchase. Love the channel bro, keep it going!

Great review Hunter! I own both L'homme Ideal EDP and Mancera Wild Cherry and have yet to pick a favorite. You should do a Wild Cherry vs L'homme Ideal EDP...

Great review, man! I bought this perfume and when I went to check the batch code I discovered that it is from 6 years and 4 months ago. It's still sealed. Do you think I'd better return it and look for a newer perfume? Thanks!

Honestly probably hasn’t Guerlain is always changing their bottles. They are changing L’Homme Ideal EDP bottle again!

Unfortunately it has been reformulated. The ones with the black cap are reformulated and not as close as good as the old ones

The bottle design is unrelated to reformulation. The best way to tell formulation is looking at the number after the ingredients list. Ignore any letters after the numbers. The numbers visible in this video don't match the ones on my most recent box, so there's been some type of reformulation at some point. However the new bottle smells identical to my bottle from a few years ago, which I'm still using on a weekly basis.

I blind bought this cause people said it was a safe blind buy. Wore it out on a weekend night and was told I smelled like a powdery old men by 2 different people. Good thing I was able to wash it off and has my bottle of Naxos in my bag to save the day.

Brother on some pictures the cap is grey and on some other pictures the cap is black on lhomme ideal edp. Your thumbnail is black but you got a grey one. Today i received mine and i got a black cap. Is it a new version ? Does the black ones smell different

Yes, the black cap is the new one bottle that was changed from grey. Guerlain just updated the bottle design again. Don’t worry it should be exactly the same Guerlain is known for all its bottle changes!

@@jadenhalstead7290 No bro…. I live in Germany and its very easy here to get fragrances. I often read that some fragrances are often not available in the us or they are sold out… In germany they are easy to purchase
