- I hated that I didn’t think about Elemental as that was probably my favourite rom-com of the 2020s. - Ok, if you’re talking about To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, then you should’ve talked about the sequels as the first came out in 2018. - I enjoyed Marry Me but there were times when the main couple had no chemistry whatsoever.

The Lost City, Wedding Season and The Other Zoey are definitely the best of the last 4 years I’ve watched I think. I love rom coms but a lot of them use the same scenarios so I have to really like how it was put together for me to think about it long term

It will be a few days before I'm commenting on videos again. Tomorrow is my BIG back surgery. 7-8 hrs under. Complete tear down job. Lotsa pain meds after and bed recovery for 5 days. Ack speedy recovery! I've only had one major surgery. The Dr told me 95% of gall bladder removal surgeries are laparoscopic. I woke up with a 7" scar running along my liver. They sprung me from the hospital on my 40th birthday lol. You're comments are always so positive and a great to see so looking forward to them soon?

Romcoms just aren't the same anymore. Most are either strictly geared towards women and young girls, have very average plots, or are a cookie cutter copy of another movie or series. Compare romcoms now to before and the difference is astounding.

I just felt like every one of these on this list felt like a Lifetime movie. But you can't deny that romcoms were better before than they are now.
