There is an East Asian hype in the world right now so most south East Asians try to somewhat assimilate with East Asian culture and beauty trends for clout. It's common in America. Besides, most South East Asians in America eat East Asian food with chopsticks. Can we accept that they like to not include Indians, Arabs etc... ? It is a known fact that East Asians look down on South East Asians whilst South East Asians look up to East Asians. Both leave Indians and Arabs out of their idea of 'Asia'.
