There’s no such thing as a “pure Jordanian” or “pure Palestinian” or pure any other people, especially not in our region. We are all mixed. These artificial borders didn’t exist a century ago and people came and went and intermarried frequently. The racism from both sides and any side is ignorant and small minded. If you have any doubts about that, I recommend you get a DNA test and that will clear up any confusions regarding these types of “blood and soil” delusions VERY quickly. We are all brothers and sisters and this type of stupid hate and animosity due to political conflicts and borders created by foreigners is idiotic and weak.

[didn't know how to write that correctly ] So it's actually started long time ago when first time arabs came north. And now it's their home. 13:21 that's not true there's both bado & fallah jordanian jordanians, most jordanian jordanians from ajloun, jerash, etc are often referred to as fallah. A more accurate answer would be عشاير
@batie4143 ай бұрын
Mostly Palestinian Jordanians?? And the others are the original Jordanians who are Bedouins?? The originals aren't only Bedouins; there's Falahies and Madanies that's first. Pure Jordanians are 9 million and a half; refugees are three million and 300,000 something. That's second. Jordan isn't a small country, and it's not a big one either. Yes, it's simply medium; that's the reason why there's diversity, from Bedouins to Falahies to Madanies, from Christians to Muslims, from nature itself, cities, villages, deserts, agricultural lands, two seas, and lakes. Jordan wasn't an empty land before the refugees! We have a rich history; Jordan used to be the kingdom of Moab, the kingdom of Edom, the kingdom of Ammon, and the Nabataean kingdom, and was a part of the Canaanite civilization, "which contained southern Syria, Palestine, the Mediterranean coast, and western Jordan," besides the civilizations that were established on the land of Jordan. And the Byzantine civilization, One of the most prominent monuments indicating that period is the mosaic found in Madaba, which documents the geography of the Holy Land in the Church of Saint George. Then Jordan was under the rule of other civilizations who weren't Jordanians, but still, because it was and is a good land for all kinds of trade and agriculture, the nature, the temperature, all of that make it a wanted country by the leaders. Such as the Babylonians, then the Persians, and then the Romans. The Roman rule lasted for nearly 4 centuries, and four of Jordan’s cities were annexed to the Decapolis alliance: {Jarash (Garasa), Umm Qais (Jadara), Irbid (Arabella), north of Amman (Philadelphia)}. Religiously, Jordan is important for both the Christians and the Muslims. In the very ancient past, Jordan was Christine; there's many important churches. In Christianity, Jordan was mentioned in the Bible over 180 times; it's the land of the Baptism of Christ, and many Christians around the world come to visit. And then for Muslims since the land of Jordan witnessed several battles that paved the way for the Islamic conquests across the world, such as the battles of Mu’tah, Tabaqat Fahel, and Yarmouk, and this led to the existence of an Islamic civilization. An indication of that period are the shrines of many of the conquering companions, whose graves became shrines for religious tourism. It was mentioned in many hadiths. I saw many comments and videos about how Jordan is in fact with another country and not just Jordan, once it's with Palestine, once it's with Syria, how half of Jordan are Palestinians, and all of that sort. I kept silent as many did since it's not important, and it doesn't matter because we know who we are, but right now, where everyone is saying the same sh-it and because of it, foreigners are believing it, all I can say is enough is enough, we're not gonna keep silent even for a what's look like "an innocent word" because it's not, We are not diaspora, our ancestors have been always there on THEIR land, on OUR land

The population numbers you have are wrong…Jordan has always been known to have a majority population of Palestinians…just a few years ago it was 60-70 percent of the country (per the world fact book/google)…those people didn’t just disappear off of the face of the earth…now google says that Palestinians are 6% of the population and that the Syrian population is 13% which anybody living in Jordan knows is not true (me being someone who lives in Jordan)…the Palestinian refugees that are being counted as Palestinian are the ones who haven’t received Jordanian citizenship…third generation Palestinians whose parents and grandparents lived their entire lives in Jordan are being counted as Jordanians…so it still stands that the majority of the population in Jordan is originally of Palestinian descent…I live in irbid and there are big families who consider themselves pure Jordanians such as Jaradat, Subo7, Khasawneh etc…who trace their roots back to Palestine…there’s literally a branch still in Palestine with the same last name…so there’s no need to get offended bc at one point our borders were open and were literally شعب واحد…the census has become another political tool to divide us
@batie4143 ай бұрын
@@Myopinion_7890No one is offended; we're simply done with the lies. And you're wrong with the family thing and the percentage! Why are y'all trying so hard to make yourselves 50% and more of the population? Like seriously? And for the family names, in the Levant in general we have common families, like Hadad, Zrekat, Najar, etc. Jradat origin is from Al-Hijaz. There's Jordanian Jradat they're on Al-Kark and northern Jordan, there's Palestinian Jradat on Janeen and Ramallah and maybe more, and Syrian Jradat on Horan. For Soubh family no Jordanian has ever claimed it to be a JORDANIAN family because it's simply not. Al-Khasawneh are from Al-Hijaz just like Jradat, they came to Jordan then moved to Palestine, so basically there's Jordanian Al-Khasawneh and Palestine Al-Khasawneh. Long story short, of all the refugees in Jordan, Palestinians are the largest number, no one is denying that, if you have a Jordanian citizen or not you're still Palestinian, and that's how the numbers work. There are common families in the Levant and sometimes even with other Arab countries, but still these are Jordanians, and these are Lebanese, simply, so what are you on? I used to think that we are شعب واحد in my childhood, but are we? It's not even about politics, Palestinians are talking sh-it about us everywhere since ever, making us small and stupid, always claiming to be the ones who educate us, calming that we're traitors and are the reason of their occupation, that we're the desert of Palestine and all of that. I know there's the bad and the good in each country, as we say in the Levant (أصابع ايدك مش كلهم زي بعض) but you can't deny that the majority hates us, even these who weren't even raised in an Arab country, it's like a tradition to hate on us!

Great video, however, I’d like to clarify something. Saying that the majority of Jordanians are Palestinian Jordanians is a big misconception. The majority of us identify as Jordanian Jordanians, and constantly linking Jordan with Palestine undermines our own Jordanian identity. Moreover, Jordan is home to a diverse population, including Bedouins, farmers (falahiyin), and city dwellers. I am a northern Jordanian from Irbid and we identify as farmers (falahiyin). While I deeply love and care about Palestine and pray for its freedom every day, it’s important to recognize and respect the distinct Jordanian identity that exists within our country. Our national identity is multi faced and deserves recognition beyond just the Palestinian-Jordanian narrative.

As a Jordanian seeing how ignorant this video is and how clueless the judges are makes me question every other video. 2al palestinian majority 2al 🤣🤣
@khaledjaber95053 ай бұрын
walekk even your accent is Palestinian, 2al doesn't exist in the Jordanian dictionary
@tariq447411 күн бұрын
@@khaledjaber9505 ‘2al’ is not unique to any palestinian dialects. Syrian, palestinian, lebanese, and jordanian dialects all share your sacred ‘2al’ (egyptians too) as with loads of other words. And yes, some jordanians speak with the ‘gaal’ accent as do many palestinians. Don’t try to take away from jordan’s diverse identity.

This is not true…at the establishment of Jordan 50% of the population was Bedouin…as time has passed and the country has changed some of those people started becoming city dwellers and farmers, thus their “title” changing and not being counted as Bedouins anymore…not everything is related to Palestinians…you can check historical data/numbers too if you want
@tariq447411 күн бұрын
@@Myopinion_7890 can you show me that statistic? Bedouins are a small part of the population and do not make up anywhere near 50% of the population. The city dwellers and farmer’s are not bedouins who, as you suggest, migrated north. bedouins distinctly originate from the south of jordan. The farmers you mention are native to the northern regions of jordan and are not bedouins who decided to stroll into those regions, the same goes for the ‘city dwellers’ and other jordanian.
