imo expert is perfect for these because hard and lower is undercharted and master is way overcharted so expert captures the notes the best

i absolutely Disagree expert charts are charted to the most notable notes sure, but the patterns are too generic and simple that it becomes impossible to differentiate songs of the same bpm unless you go by note sounds

@@2DKAPS by note sounds is actually what I do mean. Which is why i hate those "guess the song by the master chart" which is just the noises because how am i supposed to get anything from 2839293 hit sounds in a second. I generally hate master charts, they're always way overcharted, but I digress. Maybe if you're only looking at the screen master charts are better for that but going off sound and hearing the beat expert captures it best.

@@rachelwalmart okay that's just a skill issue then, the hitsounds in master charts are actually more accurate than expert sometimes since they use better note types that fit the instruments more though going by hitsounds is kinda weak in general, i still prefer guessing by the chart (even if it becomes a bit too easy)

The way i recognized identity from the first 3 notes🥲 half a year of trying to fc… then i got adventure log buriki no dance and sonechka that humiliated me a lot in the past, jackpot sad girl and rad dogs were just memorable to me I said marshmary for matryoshka, as for airhead i assumed it was alter ego at the beginning, then thought devil manner… and the others just left me confused. I’m at that point when i have everything 29 or lower fc’d, so i don’t play those levels anymore and kinda forget them

Jesus i forgot i did this before Update i managed to get haikei doppelgänger because i played most 32 songs and i didn’t recognize it. Brand new day is hte same reason, i probably played it on master like once or twice (i play it on append and even then it’s still like 5 times then so).
