You need to make some cowboy candy it’s made with jalapeños I think Jason would like it . I eat it on crackers with cream cheese. I just get recipe on google.

My family didn't make pepper jelly, but I do know what it is. Granddaddy grew bell peppers but not jalapenos. Granny grew bouquet of peppers in the flower bed for pepper sauce.

I had never had pepper jelly until moving to Texas. I make it every year. Wearing gloves is important! I learned that the hard way. I doubled the batch I made last year, and unfortunately, it never set. Nothing goes to waste here, so we ended up using it as a marinade. It is absolutely delicious grilled on pork chops, venison steaks, and chicken!! ❤😊

Green pepper jelly with cream cheese is so great. Try peppers with cream cheese stuffed and wrap bacon. Air fry them. Yes take seeds and cut in haft. I love as much as wings. Every thing is good with bacon.

Canadian here. My friend used to make pepper jelly for Christmas. She had both red and green pepper jelly that she canned herself from bell peppers. She served it spread on top of cream cheese on a cracker. Delicious! It was more sweet than spicy.
