What that double tape is, os employees getting into them at distribution centers. Can't trust anyone anymore. Walmart, Auto Zone, Orielley, etc. To many people know and are getting them before they have a chance to get to the pegs

I don't like the Targets out here, all them have little to no hot wheels on their pegs, once in a great while find something decent but mostly not, find all my hot wheels at Fred Meyer (Kroger) or wal-marts, sometimes grocery stores
