I grew up on a farm and then married and had to move on. Now that I am a widow and old I really miss the farm. I get homesick for it at times, you fill in part of that gap. If I had an old farmer to come along life would be good.

Did you know when a group of crows checks out a deceased crow that they arent mourning but investigating how it died & if its a danger to the remaing flock, so in essence they are holding a murder enquiry. ( im a raven & crow rehabilitation volunteer)

Rae feel better soon. For the past month my boys have had strep and then i had it well went. To my sister in laws in Louisville last weekend and she was coughing didn't think anything of it and now my youngest son and i have double ear infections and strep again. The weather going from hot to cool and raining which we need badly isnt helping. Sickness going around the schools to. God bless yall.

How about a pavilion so you have have family, friends in a covered area with a grill, serving table and several picnic tables. Great for church Sunday school class gatherings, family reunions, kids birthday parties. Just an idea.

There's no fence around that will keep a Buffalo in. They are strong and hide is super touch. I know of 2 Buffalo ranches in northwest oklahoma with 8 foot tall fences to try to keep them in

A friend, who does American Indian programs, has a Buffalo she raised and used to teach. He was bottle fed, now over 25 years old. His buddy was a miniature horse. He wasn’t sure how to interact with cattle, but wanted to run with the horses. Congrats!

I have allergies bad also, what I do is buy honey from a farm nearby and I take a TBS in the morning and at night. It helps a lot. Doesn't cure it but it helps.

Kentucky four board is the way to go. This is , technically, your back yard and it needs to be pretty. That vinyl strand stuff is too utilitarian looking ( yeah... I googled it ). K-boards is where it's at...or where it needs to be.

The health clinic I go to has a permanent Christmas tree in the corner behind where the sign-in/appointment desk is. They just switch out the decorations for seasons and themes. Around 4th of July it has tons of red white and blue and small American flags in between. Right now I saw it has fall floral elements 😁 whatever works 😊

Our 25K/gal in-ground actually stays much more clean with regular use, as it helps stir up material that's settled to the bottom, so the intakes can take it to the filter. It definitely looks dirty after a rain and a few days of no one having been in it.
