Seems like the game could use a slight rebalance. Would probably work better if hunger fell more slowly when you are upright and the hunger stomach growls weren't constant. By only having the hunger effect you more slowly if you dont blend, you give the hiders another option instead of forcing them to just go for the mushrooms, they can instead try to remain out of sight while standing but not needing to eat as often or they can go the incognito blending route where they are forced to eat regularly which makes noise and draws the hunter.

I don't know if he ends up findi g out, but holding E lets you eat grass. It doesn't keep you satiated, but it does slow the hunger bar down. The downside is that you have to hold it down constantly and that's suspicious.

The best strategy would be to run by a group of other deer. Get them to accidently kill off some of the other ones, so their sanity can deplete super fast.
