@@DarcyAhrns A cheese episode sounds great, here's a list that should cover all the bases: Parmesan, cheddar (Tasty), Brie, Camembert, smoked cheese, Gouda, swiss, Ricotta, Feta and Blue cheese (Danish Blue and definitely Roquefort for a mild vs strong comparison.) Cheese has maximum flavour when it's closer to room temp than fridge cold.

I found you via Fairbairn Films and after watching their entire catalogue of short videos over the space of a day have come to find your channel (the comment section hinted that you made a video about editing and had to come find you!). For me I’m equally interested in the product comparisons as I am the comedy, and being from the UK, as long as it isn’t all products I’ve never heard of (as sometimes American KZbinrs can do) I’m happy. Darcy, I made the same exact mistake with buttermilk. Up in northern Italy we use both Italian and German, and one day there was no more normal milk left, so I was left stranded with my barely passable German choosing between types of milk... I found something that translated to buttermilk and thought I was saved. It was the most disgusting "milk" I have ever consumed
