I'd be interested to know how to do that as well. I know Revit can do that easily, but AutoCAD I believe you would need to make the doors and windows as blocks and store the information in the block. I will look into that.

Would you ever consider doing chapter 5 in autocad? In school I use you’re videos because theyre good and straight to the point. Would be a life saver 🙏🙏🙏

Are you talking about the mechanical drawing projects in the back of chapter 5? I want to make sure we are looking at the same book. Technical Drawing 101 with AutoCAD 2022 is the one I have.

Yes, our pre-cad class is tasked with making the orthographic views of drawings 1-4 in the textbook. Our class was disappointed to see you didn’t previously touch on them but would be hyped if you would 😁
