I like the way he eloquently narrates his professional experience, similar to my professor back in the undergrad days (he's just a few years younger than Mr. Bedi). My parents used to watch Yes Boss when I was very young, so I remember him as the 'goofy guy'. An underrated actor, that's for sure!
