(Guide) Baldi's Basics Classic Remastered: Classic Style All Fun Settings | Tips and Route

I made this to help out people that are struggling to beat this!
There is still a lotta luck involved but for the most part my strats do help!

I made a full-ish list of tips as some were not used in the run. They are written with mirror in mind:
Baldi's Basics Classic Remastered on Steam: store.steampow...
1 - Keep your distance, as hard mode make the game not pause in the notebooks. 1st prize & Nosquee may be able to help you with this
2 - Get the 2 notebooks in the middle of the school first. These ones are a bit awkward to get, so get these ones first
3 - Get the notebook on the right side of the school after the middle ones. Not much else to say on this, but you may need to lead Baldi away from there, or if he does not see you, can use a NoSquee and sit in the room for a little and wait until Baldi is far
4 - Get the 2 notebooks on the left side last. MAKE SURE BALDI DOES NOT KNOW YOU ARE THERE! You may only be able to get one of them until Baldi gets too close. In that case try to loop around that hallway and lose Baldi
5 - If the principle catches you running, try to run towards the anti hearing tape (If you are near enough) and grab it. Use it when Baldi gets close to the detention room (MAKE SURE BALDI IS NOT IN SIGHT WHEN YOU LEAVE THE ROOM, OTHERWISE THE TAPE DOES NOTHING)
6 - If principle is right next to you, and at a door (Yellow or blue, does not matter) you can see if he will open it for you so that you do not attract Baldi. (Principle is likely to go in the classrooms on the left side). Any character can also open doors but good luck with that one.
7 - Since principle emits light when using the lights out, you should run when you know he is far so that you can keep a distance between you and Baldi
8 - Baldi does lose track of you when you take a turn without him seeing you. A good spot to do this is that one hall with the comics in the middle of the school (Sit by the door, don't open it until you are ready to gain his attention again).

Something people have theorized is that....[null] himself is the one saying "GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!". Which is something people thought of back before this game even was out. The fact that line isnt said now that null is gone I think further proves this.

i accidentally used up two bsodas at the place i was supposed to, but arts and crafters just teleported me near my last exit and i just walked out. if your last missing door is the one with the bus (the one where you spawn at), DON'T AVOID A&C, LOOK FOR HIM INSTEAD

@@AlecksMcAlex I think A&C teleports you to an exit you haven't obtained, but he brings Baldi along for the ride as well because I used a... lets say unconventional route beating Classic normally via grabbing the right exit, teleporting via A&C, grabbing the cafeteria exit, teleporting again via the Principal, grabbing the main exit and then the phone hall exit last I believe.

@@TomRBel He does, the only problem was that in previous versions it chose which exit to teleport you and Baldi to when he activated, not when it actually teleported you; meaning that before recent updates you could be teleported to an exit you already got if you got it after you looked at him

Baldi REALLY has no reason to be angrier, you're getting every question after the 2nd notebook right, and he says "I GET ANGRIER EVERY PROBLEM YOU GET WRONG"

well it IS hard mode, meaning this isn't canon from what i believe, so its there so you have to do the math for each question instead of only 2 it also works with the fact that in hard mode notebooks dont pause time

One trick that could help is using 1st Prize to break the window in the Principal's office that is connected to the hallway you start the game in. While this can be very helpful later on, essentially turning the detention into a free teleport, this can sometimes take a really long time to set up

@@DannyCheezits The best way is to make him go to the south hallway first, then try to make him go inside the hallway that is connected to the window. Usually, to make him move for a short enough distance to make him enter the hallway that leads to the window, you need to get out of his sight as soon as he starts moving

I actually feel like demo style with fun settings is easier since you can hide behind math machines in most rooms if baldi is close while in a classroom. Sometimes, the events save me from baldi, and cloudy copter helps me get to certain areas quicker.

I have a tip for all of you, if you wanna have a little long distance from baldi, just first get the second notebook and then the first on the start.

The one thing which you need to beat this kind of game is: Luck. A lot of it.

i recommend demo style so you can play it safer to baldi, since on the last two notebooks on the right long hallway (left side on mirrored) you can hide behind the math machines also baldi can stop for 5 seconds to congratulate you and giving you time to escape from him. rng will be with you i had a close call where baldi stopped to turn around in the other side of the hallway. i thought my run would end there since i have 6/7 notebooks, gummed by beans, and no items. i beat all challenges in first try with ease. (i have experience) RNG IS NEEDED DUE TO THESE THINGS baldi might roam farther the item locations playtime's pathfinding and hope she doesn't stumble to you beans hopefully doesn't gum you 1st prize (optional if trying to get far) lastly, find a&c or principal to transport you somewhere (baldi must be far and you should have 15 seconds than more also the tape player is optional) whirlpool event (this made me panic because i got stuck on a school faculty room and a table is blocking the whirlpool's vaccum to me) broken ruler event (this saved me from reaching the last exit) fog event gravity event isn't that much useful but works against baldi when his orientenion is opposite from you yeah, even though demo style is more rng than party style, this is much more easier than classic and party

I beat it in demo style for the reason that is the game does not take any time to get into a YCTP with a short loading so i did demo for there is no pause which was a smart idea.

Principal might be that give you the most stress. If you trying to bsoda baldi and he's there so much chance you go to office and die or he goes to a room and he didn't saw you bsoda baldi. And also do you need a quick brain to get ending? because it doesn't pause when you have the pad. Thanks for the tips

I did somewhat think of that and I got this answer: If you can't answer them very fast then you can try to NoSquee a more difficult spot, or you can just try to gain a more significant distance between you and Baldi. This does mostly apply to the last 2 that I got, and if you can only manage to get just one I would loop back around while trying to keep quiet (Tape recorder may be able to help with this!)

​@@Lanchtotal This can work in party but I wouldn't attempt all fun settings in party as it may be harder than classic. And for demo? Don't. I will add, that no matter what I say, since this a mostly luck game, my strats just straight-up have a chance to not work very well, while sometimes working a lot better than expected.
