Yeah, I couldn't clear stage 4 with 3* until I decided to build a half assed Herta (and I already had E1 Himeko) Himeko and Herta are carrying this mode so far, but it's definitely not "too easy" for F2P players

Totally agree with using Starglitter for pulls rather than LC. I bought Bronya's LC when I started out and while it served me well, I was 30 pulls away from hard pity on Jingliu's banner before I ran out of pulls. In hindsight, I would've gladly skipped Bronya's LC if it meant getting Jingliu.

The 30 pulls instead of Bronya light cone can be the difference between getting and not getting a 5 star though. I'm BP and Pass player and if I didn't convert my currency to pulls I would not have gotten Ruan Mei

I mean technically you're correct but the oppurtunity loss is not equivlanet. Getting a guranteed amazing light cone veruses the small chance of a 5 star, who most likely would not even be the one you want are not the same. If you didn't pull ruan mei with those extra pulls you would've had the complete oppisite reaction. Unless you that extra bit brought you over the gunrateed pity, it is never worth it. It's bias. You think those pulls made the differnce because they happen to be the right amount to get you ruan mei. But you could've pulled her without it or not gotten her at all, it's all luck.

The problem is that is your subjective experience… looking at it from a bigger group of people who did the same the majority would get nothing… objectively the opportunity for scoring something guaranteed in a gacha game makes it so much more valuable but explaining that to an audience of people who play gacha games is obviously a hard task I have never spent anything on those pulls in the shop and still got Ruan Mei and 2 Bronya signature LCs from the shop… I didn’t need those pulls at all and I’m a complete F2P who has spent absolutely nothing… does my own personal experience counter yours? Realistically you would have gotten nothing, I would say the only reason you should ever spend on those pulls is if you already lost the 50/50 for the guaranteed character over the guaranteed LC… because the value comes from guaranteeing something good, but if you gamble it’s just the worst choice… kind of the premise as would you rather flip a coin for a 50/50 at 50 million or would you just take 1 million

@@leedandy2368 Not OP in current endgame content but in my opinion it'll come around when more single target focused endgame content drops. And it's not necessarily that she's worse than 4*, rn she's about the same tier as E6 Pela, it's just that Harmony units are better in general and offer better results than debuffer supports. The flaw apply to all debuffers IMO but thankfully(or not) they are slowly releasing more characters like Acheron or Dr. Ratio to incentivize the use of debuffers.

I have a hard time believing they will not make a more single target game mode. I do think the Sw hate goes a little too far. A lot of times unless you are trying to 0 cycle which most do not do,Id guess. I have found my self just focusing the fat boy and then my aoe just clears out the rest as you go. I do agree that the more characters you get she does lose value. I mainly wanted her to enable a mono element playstyle.

Streamer who literally gets donations to pull for lightcones and is sitting on hundreds of pulls is a whale. PF being too easy is a whale take. Well technically whales or EXTREMELY LUCKY meta followers who only pulled the absolute most meta characters and have them available for their ultra-meta teams. If you don't have Ruan Mei and Fu Xuan or HuoHuo and Sparkle or Bronya, along with their optimal lightcones, and a hypercarry or two, and their lightcones, and REALLY GOOD relics on everyone, then PF is very very hard.

Fu Xuan is 80-95, Huohuo is 60-100. Feels like Fu is just way safer because her floor is higher, but Huehue ceiling is ever so slightly higher, so she ekes out just a bit if you're assuming perfectly optimized gear. For the large majority of people though, FX is gonna be better. Huohuo is only gonna be better if you've been playing for a long time, and maybe you've bee refreshing for relic runs. Silver Wolf I pulled for her E2. I don't even care for her weakness implant, since I usually build my team around weakness anyway. I just think her E2 is busted. SW E2 and her bug implants is pretty impressive as a support already, I kinda don't care much about her weakness implant. Too many SP, not worth.
