Glad to see you back! I have been busy and not able to do my normal fall garden, but I managed to over summer many of my plants and just burry the tips of tomato plants, my peppers are taking off again, and my kale and Yod Fah are starting to perk up again. Asian greens are a Texas gardeners best friend.

Every year, I always over plant, plus I get volunteers. When August comes, it all seems to burst like a volcano, and I feel like a squirrel trying to gather and store everything up before cold season comes. That seems to be my normal. This year, I grew a few sunflowers for the first time, and surprisingly, I got sunflower seeds 🎉 The birds eat my worm castings! How do you like that!?! So, gardening and planting is something i take as a gift. In my area, nobody grows gardens and I think thats weird.

I have the same thing happen! Nothing to be wasted! Lol on the castings o would just turn them into the soil more and should help. Gardening keeps me sane 😂 it’s cheaper than therapy and you get tomatoes 💁🏼‍♂️

I didn’t only because when I moved back to north Texas they did not enjoy my arid climate. If I had had the greenhouse at the time I’m sure they would’ve done better
