Corrections: Speed does matter for the fake tears user: in the rare case your Fake Tears player has to use their Gallade early, their Kingdra goes out turn six and then they use Fake Tears on turn eight. The Fake Tears has to go off before the Swift Swim Kingdras, in this case. Gallade uses Choice Band, not Life Orb like that paste suggests.

The paste says flygon needs 252 spA or atk and 156 spDef and 72 speed but that doesn’t add up to 510 evs n total . So what would you suggest to put the remaining 30 evs in? Appreciate it

I have some questions: -About fake tear: As long as it is faster than other member, I think Whimsicott can be used, but I dont see it is mentioned in the doc nor the video?, is she unusable or not recommended? -About thief/knock off: I dont see the option of trick/switcheroo. Is it not usable on boss or just because they dont deal dmg that you exclude it out. -Will add question after I analyse the doc further.

1.Whims will bait magma storm, better to use electric/fire for fake tears 2.Trick should be fine, knock off only deals 0.2% damage so not much difference

Technically the P1 & P2 can get hit by Torkoal's superpower so I wouldn't ignore them on the "bulky" Hydreigon, and maybe not Kingdra just in case. Might not matter but both are usable for other raids, so I'd say just make decent ones you can use forever tbh.

My sableye at lvl 100 will have 182 SPDEF without SPDEF EVS trained ( the 64 mentioned in the poke past ) since it's careful nature ( 10% spdef ) it's 31 HP & 31 SPDEF IVS so i dont' neeed to worry bout evs right ?

Why is the spatk flygon better than the physical flygon

Prolly because it doesn’t need to rely on eq which Hits for lower dmg than single targeting atks like earth power for example

Because with a certain percentage of HP Heatran buffs its defense 2x, so you won't be able to deal much damage to it. You also can't defeat his minions because Garchomp, Charizard or Salamence may appear and they will ruin the strategy. Earth Power can also drop his Sp. Def by -1x, so using this in mass can be useful.

That's a big part of being an early mover vs late mover. You can go early and do whatever just to get it done, or you can wait for the dust to settle and see what comes out on top. The bright side is the other strategy still works, and many other people are in the same boat. It still works, it is just far less consistent in my experience. Ultimately I didn't feel comfortable spending the time to make a video guide on that strat due to the inconsistency; felt bad to recommend something I myself didn't feel 100% about.

Seems as "healthy for the economy strat", you know, when you pay twice as much for the same result. I mean... ground gem? water gem? focus sash? always have zinc and grepas to adjust your Hydreigon EV every week? pelliper AND politoed at the same time? ugh

The cheapest Heatran on the GTL right now is 2.4mil, so the people doing this aren't really concerned about a few 1k gems to make the run smooth.

NGL king if you're worried about having different pokemon in your roster and adjusting EVs, the difficult raids might not be for you. You're also throwing out a bunch random claims which clearly demonstrate you didn't watch the video. So far sashes, gems, and/or ev adjustments have been a requirement of every single 5 and 6 star raid. This raid uses one water gem across all 24 Pokemon that may not even get used, and one sash that doesn't get consumed if you just bring something that can tank one hit. Its a failsafe for a crit. "zinc and grepas to adjust your Hydreigon EV every week" This strategy requires at most two berries and two minutes at EV hordes before walking into Stark. "you pay twice as much" As far as cost, you only need two or three Pokemon at 5x31 or at least 3x28+. This is equal to or less than other strategies. Not even close to twice as much. "...for the same result." Sure, go do the same thing with the fighting/water strat where you get roared into all of your rain setters, and then your fake tears user is stuck on their AV Suicune while you get annihilated by magma storms, have to ff the whole fight, and then spend another 10 minutes resetting for Magmortar just to get another attempt. I'm gonna go with what is more consistent so I can get my stones each week, in and out.

Just imagine the poor guy who spent 17 berries (17k), 10 ground gems (15k) and 10 water gems (13k), 45k in total, to get 10 magma stones (120k) xD I know, thats extreme example, probably items cost redistributed between other players too, but thats might happen, and thats funny.

I like your vids Caav until this very Video, Stop discrediting and disrespecting other strats especially spanish strat they actually work hard making their own strat for 4+ hours straight to defeat heatran. And you just waiting testing/copying/translating other strats when you dont have your own created strat. Have some class man. RESPECT OTHERS STRATS. I'm really confused here, I'm not sure what in this video would be regarded as disrespectful? Nor did I claim this as my own? First I want to say I have a huge amount of respect for the team that pulled off the first kill. This was probably the hardest raid we have seen, and it was awesome to watch. Being in the trenches and grinding out and testing things is incredibly difficult, and that is not lost on me. My best guess at this point is that I said "other strategies are inconsistent," I personally don't find that to be disrespectful, but if I'm off here please let me know. I didn't specifically single out the Spanish speaking communities kill or strategy and say "this is bad, don't do that" but rather compared this one to ALL of the widely circulating strategies, in my personal experience. I honestly don't know how else I could say that to be more respectful: open to feedback here.

you may not feel what i felt on watching this vid,in viewers POV you are​ discrediting and disrepecting spanish strat and Come on man, the 1st strat is spanish you knew that very well. Dont get me wrong im fan of Yours. Stop comparing strats, you keep mentioning 1st strat make it sound soooooo bad and unplayable, its still working strat tho. Just focus on the positives and stop comparing. Let your viewers decide which strat is good for them to use.
