Guide to Dreamcatcher Company building

This is a visual guide on how to get to the Dreamcatcher Company building in Seoul. Take metro line 9 and get out at Seonjeongneung station exit number 2. Do a 180 and at the corner of the large crossing, turn right, then at the second street right again and a little further on the right you will find the building.
Reminder: if you intend to go there to wait for the members, please be respectful of their privacy, keep your distance and greet them politely from afar and wish them well. Don't push a camera in their face. Don't ask for an autograph or selfie.
P.s.: I don't have a gimbal so I had to do some stabilisation in post-processing so it might be a little wobbly...

You can tell that there is something different with this building. The flags look amazing. Oh, and there's now a whole new building and a café across the corner. This is new... There was a small garden and a bride shop there.

I don't think they need a bigger building. DCC Is not a company like Jyp with like over 10 artists. Happyface only has a few groups (3 I think plus a few Soloist) and if this is really the Dreamcatcher Company Building and not the Happy Face Entertainment Building, than this is only for DC and their staff. And I guess this is more then enough for one group

@@DCInSomnia I‘m pretty sure this is where all HFE artists and D1CE stay, I’ve seen videos of them in that building I think Happyface Entertainment legally changed their name to Dreamcatcher Company with two subsidiaries, HF MUSIC and D1ce Entertainment, but they’re all in the same building

Plants like these can cause damage - Ivy and similar plants have 'aerial' roots, so can cause cracking, leaks and so on. Also presumably trapping dust, moisture, allergens.

No, this is just their office, training and recording studios. There is usually no shop at the agencies. Only a few agencies have a actual shop or popup store, but that's usually separate. YG Entertainment for example is one of the few that has a merch shop across the street from their office.

The Dreamcatcher Company building is so beautiful and yet so in concept. I don't know if they have chosen it on purpose or not, but it has many curious details. First: It stands out from the rest of the buildings on the street because it is dull, dark and industrial, especially next to the other building that is light in color and more classic, the Dreamcatcher building stands out for being elegant and having opaque colors. Second: speaking of colors, the Dreamcatcher Company colors are very similar to the official Dreamcatcher colors (dark red, gold and black), plus the flags at the entrance add the touch. It's like a subtle way of defining that this building IS from Dreamcatcher. And finally: it does not have many large windows, which gives it a more similar appearance to a house than to a company, which makes sense because among them they are mentioned as the "Dreamcatcher family", it must be a very pleasant environment of that company.

Happyface Entertainment is Dreamcatcher's former company, now it changed it's name to Dreamcatcher Company. I would love those two groups to be in the same company, that would be epic! But for now, they are not.

No, rbw's new building is completely somewhere else. It's northeast from here, across the river in Gwangjin.

The locations of the different agencies are easy to find. Just type the name of the company in Google Maps and you can find it, it's not a secret, the address is usually even on their website. This is also not the only video on KZbin that shows the buildings. Which is why I've put a disclaimer in the description of these videos where I discourage from invading their privacy and to keep a distance and be respectful. Besides, especially the bigger companies already have fans waiting outside on an almost daily basis.

I like to think that we should ALWAYS obey the NEUTRAL ZONE RULES of Fan Conduct Which mainly stipulates that a Neutral Zone of approximately 5 metres away from the Building should be designated as open territory.
