On my playthrough, after I cleared the location... a dark skinned female Gunner with a mohawk is standing outside the front of the building facing towards it, and just engages in the same dialogue each time I interact. It's been 300+ hours of game time and she's still there to this day, only taken a little bit of health damage assuming from other enemies spawning nearby or damage from Vertibird crash debris I'm sure she was one of the Gunners when I cleared the location, and somehow appears outside now, like some sort of glitch
