You didn't even mention the most important thing... Depending on the latitude, the panels will stand at a certain angle (it would be convenient if you could regulate that angle +- 22 degrees) It is important to know what will be the largest angle at which the panels will stand and for that angle calculate the distance of the next row so that the first one does not cast a shadow on it! For example, if you are 45 degrees north and regulate your panels so that in the middle of winter they are at an angle of 67 degrees and you have panels 2.3 m high, the support of the next row must not be closer than 5.4 m !!! This is very important information because you will be able to place significantly fewer panels on the same surface...
