Probably loose connection. It happens. Try rebooting and re-insert and place it on a flat surface. Make sure the internet is on. Data is required for some docs conversion.

If your printer has micro USB to micro USB cable then yes. Otherwise, nope.

Sometimes yes to scale the size or read different formats. It will prevent anyway but might not be scaled properly unless it's converted online.

Ignore that. It is not necessary to install unless you have a WiFi printer. Just keep plugin install and try as shown in this video.

Sorry buddy. Will be careful next time. Now you can click 3 dot icon on video and reduce playback Speed to 0.5 or 0.75. Hope this helps.
