I remembered when I got manager for the first time, had to snipe Nothing There about 5 times a day cuz of a troll (rip that one EX employee who I accidentally shot while shooting Nothing There)

Just work on abnornalities, in the end of the day your stats will level up meaning even if you can only upgrade them with lob points to level V if you do work on certain abnormalities you level up certains stats, such as Nothing There that level ups your fortitude and Funeral of Dead Butterflies that levels up your Justice stat.
