Congratulations 😊and nice video. Day before yesterday I gone through an interesting calculation with one my Indian colleagues, it’s about continuing paying rent for a while (by not hurrying up) or straight go for buying option considering high interest rates these days. It’s like in first few years a huge chunk of your EMI will go towards paying interest rather capital. So it makes more sense in today’s scenario to wait a bit until you find exactly what you want but in the past when interest rates were low buying would be better choice.
