Thank you very much, Clare. I went by train along the Devon coast by the red cliffs I remembered with fondness as a boy. I had our collie with me in a delightful beach hut on a quiet beach and drifted off into a relaxed, peaceful and restorative sleep. Brilliant. John

Saved this! Its knocks me out completely soon after we enter the hut. I try to stay awake the next time I listen to hear more of it but never get much further!😂 It really is like visualising a real place that could exist. Mine is made of stone with a purple glittery door. Thank you so much.

Wow I searched for this about an hour. I was looking for a video that could take my subconscious mind into a safe place when I’m sleeping, I was also ideally looking for one that would take me to beach and I crossed over with this video. Such a wonderful sleep story Clare. (^-^) It swooped me up and brought me to my beach hut by plane. ✈️ Maledive Islands...🏖 After that I only remember slowly slipping into sleep as the video kept getting more and more quite. 🤗 Thank you for your hard work. 🧡

Keep at it! I was the same at first as the nervous system is too activated, but its only by repeated meditations like this that eventually make it start to calm down. Each time you can go longer and longer as your brain learns until it becomes effortless. Your nervous system calms, thoughts stop racing and eventually you can actually REST properly. Keep going.
