I would like to suggest a morning affirmations and meditation, Thank you affirmations that includes the word God or father (prefer the latter) and giving yourself credit affirmations/meditation for a job well done. Maybe even affirmations while working out. I have pretty much listened to every affirmation and meditation videos multiple times because I love this channel and those additions would increase my listening time to 24hrs from my current 23hrs of Reality Revolution 😅😂

I look forward to listening to this, but I wanted you to know that I am listening to much of the older RA and Quo podcasts and having such a wonderful time that I fall behind on what you're putting out now. I would just like to share that I've gotten to this place where life feels magical and expanded-- all day and even through the challenges. And listening to you, meditating, listening to one other that I find inspiring, and being in the midst of writing a book about a character who is awakening to her 4th density self, has changed me. But when I need a boost to get into an even more magical, crazy thrilling state of mind so that I can tune into what it must be like for my character, I listen to you. I wish that I could tell you how expansive and nourishing you are. You were meant for what you are doing, your voice and your energy go beyond this 3rd density- they vibrate much higher than that. But there are no words and I just have to hope you feel it. Adonai.
