love this woman, been watching her since the beginning, not sure if people still use the term ASMR but I've seen most of them and she is still my favorite

That was very powerful Olivia. I'll replay this more times as I'm sure it will resonate differently each time. Quite an emotional rollercoaster of resentment, anger, almost a difficulty detaching from the the guilt tripping thoughts around the should'ves, would'ves, could'ves and the self-judgement based on my assumptions of someone else's perspective, but also gratitude, acceptance, satisfaction and a realization that I'm not giving myself the capacity to be myself that i give to others. Your words and your ability to identify with the nuances and resistances that emerge in such thought exercises really gives me a more honest, open minded outlook from a third person perspective that is a lot more forgiving. I really can't thank you enough for this video Olivia and I appreciate all the effort you put in 😊

This is so seasoned and lovely…self respect is something I’m always trying to consciously maintain, even though there are many outside factors, and inside guilt, that I allow to take over my mood and thoughts. I love this and as always, so grateful for your words. 💜

I haven't checked in with this channel for a while- I have to say I am so sad that all of my favourite Olivia's video's are missing, she must have deleted them. All my favourites - eating snake fruit, cutting hair, fruit shampoo , apprentice hairdresser, apprentice nurse doing eye drops - Gone! 🤷

Did anyone else cry? My fear lf rejection is so strong, especially lately. It feels like I am afraid I am not who I think I am anymore.

When I was in the 3rd grade I remember the class had an assignment to do. As I looked down at the page I had no idea what the hell I was supposed to do. I looked up at all the other kids and they were simply jotting away on the page completing the assignment. All I wanted was to understand what I was supposed to do and I just simply had no idea what I was supposed to do. So naturally I’m sure I went into a state of stress that was getting worse by each passing moment. I had no choice but to go to the teachers desk in the front and was not conscious of what anyone was thinking about me. But by the time I got to the teacher my eyes swelled with tears and my throat was dry and tight. And I managed to choke out the words to the teacher with assignment in hand and stammered “i I. I. I. ddddont uuudersssstand hhhhow ttttoo ddddoo tttthhhis 😢 And so Olivia, I am the exact same little boy right now. And I’m approaching you saying “wtf are you talking about? I don’t understand? So pretty please with sugar on top, wtf are you talking about? Because, I am right now without any judgment or apprehension or pre scripted or notions of control either mine, yours or any other. Im not being rhetorical or have some scheme. ? So my words are extremely simple, verbatim with my own brain heart cohesion. “I don’t understand anything about what you’re talking about”. Right at this moment, I am that 7 year old little boy asking you,the teacher, I don’t understand what your saying. Im asking you in the most basic, simple 2 dimensional direct, completely honest way that I know how to. Could you please simply respond by explaining what your talking about? 🙏🏾 thank you Blessings

Haha Santa Baby you’re so sweet. I sense some frustration from your message which sounds like you really want to understand. This is very counter-intuitive, the intellect hates it and wants to understand but it’s not about understanding. I think what you might be referring to is that I didn’t give enough background info as I’m using a lot of reversed way of looking at things. So I see how it could be confusing. My book is coming out in about a week, if you’d like to know more in a more cohesive way, it might be good way to start. 🌹
