Love this meditation. I went back to the place where I was born in Yorkshire and was a little girl with my dad. He's very ill in hospital right now so this was lovely to be back with him as a child again ❤️ Thank you ❤️

I went back to the place my late husband and I used to sit and have talks surrounded by big trees . We would go on a hike to reach them and then sit among the trees and talk of our hopes and dreams 😢. I miss those a days . Haven’t been back since he has passed but I just might now that this beautiful mediation reminded me how it felt . Maybe just maybe I will feel him ❤
