Ma'am whenever I do any of your meditation after waking up the next morning I feel very light and I feel my soul has been somewhere else whole night also I'm in twin flame journey currently in separation phase whenever I let go this connection by stopping doing meditation or I try to detach myself from this feeling my life automatically starts to get worse. @@souljourneytospiritualpath I did inner child for 40 days and doing other meditation s & Vipassana med.for 2 yes. also check ing my behavior but I have no control on my biggest issue on Anger.now I am doing your all chakras one by one since one month but still my problem is not resolved.what to I do next .i am little frustrated .I also surrendered myself to universe but when any trigger or family drama resurface I always loose my temper & after that I have to regret myself

Ya I know but Initially you can fix it upto 7 days. Vaise divine se judna itna aasan hota to kisi ko bhi itni mahnat karne ki jarurat hi nahi hoti na 😊 So atleast 21 days kijiye uske baad aapko khud is meditation ko continue karne ka mann karega 😊😇
