I walk my dogs with your meditations now that KZbin gave me your recommendation. I rest with them with it too..I clean my home. And I'm starting to see the energy in people. I can start seeing their auras and their residual trails, the waves they leave behind.. And the winds.. I could feel the waves in the air.. In this way , you heal your inner child. You should not be laughing at people, when it's you who is the most uninformed. Read and learn from others, more vise, more smart comments instead.😊

I developed this trauma this past year because I was triggered by trauma again from having someone in my family abusing me and coming in my windows. I’m 69, 4’ 9”, and had to protect my home, money, myself, my dog, etc. I also have chronic pain and illnesses, and this put me over the edge so badly I still have agoraphobia, anxiety, and I couldn’t drive. I was a wreck and I’m still trying to recover.
