This is a real healing meditation. One day, I could not stand upright and walk after I had taken a nap one morning in march 2022. Everytime I tried, I fell down. I listened de to this meditation, both my legs strengthened and I started walking again like before. Ever Since, I listen to it either before going to bed or in the morning. I used this years ago. Today I wanted to come back to it. During the meditation I felt my stomach releasing all the tension in my body, my body expanding and feeling twice the size of my actual body. After the meditation I felt taller, as my back was suddenly straight and my posture better than it has been the past few months. Everything in my room seems smaller; as I own them and they don't own me. I've said it before and I will say it again. This is the best meditation on the internet.
