5 Neck Collarbone and Heart
6 Ribs and rib cage

9 Shoulder blades

12 Sacrum *

I would love it if you could do a video where you gently say the names of the hand positions as they are changed. That way we can close our eyes and focus within. Otherwise, I'm staring at the screen so I don't miss a change in positions. Hard to transition from the first to second hand position when my hands are over my eyes. I keep peeking...

It is a smashing exclusive guide for learning how to heal using a simple Reiki session minus the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate finally got great results with it.

Ads disrupt the flow. I have my own timer. I set it for 3 minutes x 12. I know the positions by memory. My timer rings every 3 minutes. I turn on relaxing music. and keep it moving. Don’t need videos for self reiki. Learn to do without it

Hi, do I need to study reiki levels to do reiki self healing therapy? Do I need to have believe, faith, visualization or attunement for reiki self healing to work?

The attunement is a very important part of reiki. It opens you up to be able to channel reiki energy. Without the attunement you cannot channel reiki

For self healing, maximum 2 levels are more than enough. You need a professional to learn attunement because without it, Reiki is can't work. Go to my channel and learn self healing.
